The annual San Diego County Fair is held for four weeks each summer at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, located 20 minutes north of downtown San Diego.
Visitors to the fair enjoy rides, shows, exhibits, competition, fireworks, shopping, and food; admission is $13 for adults, $7 for children and seniors, and free for ages 5 and under.
