The Oktoberfest in La Mesa Village is an annual 3-day celebration in the tradition of Munich's original Oktoberfest.
For 2009, the event takes place the first weekend in October, and includes a craft fair, food courts featuring German sausages and specialties, beer gardens, Bavarian brass oompah bands, dancing, and a carnival.
Admission is free; there is a charge for some activities, food, and drinks. |
